How can I get the invoice?

We at Gifts.photozadda.com want to save paper to protect the environment and are therefore not adding invoices into our shipments. As a registered customer, you can download and print your invoice by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest please send us an email to support@gifts.photozadda.com and we will email the invoice to you

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order might be automatically cancelled due to one of the below mentioned reasons:

 – In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address

– Continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from carrier

For all automatically cancelled orders the two way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a Cart credit. We’ll always write to let you know the specific reason for automated cancellation of your order.

Can I return my product and get a refund?

The Goods which are Not as Ordered.

If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 24 hrs and return the product within 3 working days. Once the Differed goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them and will Send you the Original product ordered .As Gifts.photozadda.com is a customised zone , We dont Provide any Refund as once the Product gets a Print of Your Photographs , It can be used only by customer.

How can I write a product review?

If you have owned or used one of the products from our website, you can write a review to leave the probable buyer better informed and feeling good about making the right buying choice. You can leave a review on the product page by clicking on “write a review”

What will be the delivery timeline for the Product to reach to us ? 

Delivery time is calculated basis business days i.e. days on which all logistics and supported services are operational. 

Therefore The standard SLA for delivering the Order at your doorstep comes to 7 Working days leaving Sundays and Public/ National Holidays.

How to avail “Same Day”/ “Next Day” on a product?

Currently this service is available for select products and in Delhi/NCR only. To order products for same day and next day delivery go to our Delhi/NCR special category and choose Same day or Next. Check you pin code for your delivery type and proceed. Please ensure that you order within the time frame mentioned on the product page and the product will be delivered to you the Same Day/Next Day. 

Are there any charges for “Same Day”/ “Next Day” delivery services?

Yes the following charges are applicable as Shipping norms follow -> 

Standard : RS 80/- * Delivery within 3 days

Express : Rs 150/- Next day Delivery 

SuperFast : Rs 200/- Same Day Delivery * Only In Delhi NCR For now *
