Can I pay for the Items on Cash ?

What happens if my payment is not received but I have already received the products ordered from Gifts.photozadda.com?

If by Any chance your payment is not received and you have already received the products that you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 15 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense.

What happens if Gifts.photozadda.com cannot supply me with the product I have ordered?

We make every effort to ensure all items on Gifts.photozadda.com are available. But in the rare event that an item you order isn’t available, we’ll let you know and will offer you an alternative product of equal quality and value. In the case, where you don’t like the option or we are not able offer an alternative we will refund you within 10 business days.

How much does delivery cost ?

Delivery cost may vary from product to product and also varies as per the destination distance / pin code. You need to check for the charges on the view page / cart to know about the exact delivery charges for products. Most of products have free delivery as well and many times customer gets rewards in Account to Remove the Shipping Fees .

Does Gifts.photozadda.com ship its products to all areas within India?

Deliveries can be made at most of the locations in India as specified on the website. Certain items cannot be delivered to a few locations where our carrier service is not available. Please check for the availability of delivery service and the shipping method for your shipping destination on the product page. 

 

Deliveries for certain selected gifts/categories can be made to selected International destinations.

Gifts.photozadda.com do have a physical store in Greater Noida , Gaur city ! 

We deliver our gifts from our Store as well. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address.

Can I amend my order? (E.g. change the quantity, size or colour) ?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes or amends (i.e. size, colour or quantity).

How to add a gift message?

Photozadda Gifts offers wrap and message services on most products. Click the wrap option provided in the shopping cart to choose / select the wrap /gift message service. The service may be free or paid depending on the product to product. You may also write to support@gifts.photozadda.com if you need gift wrap service but the product does not have the option – in this case Photozadda team may try to service the request but not guarantee the same.

Will Gifts.photozadda.com deliver to a family member or a colleague in my absence ?

Gifts.photozadda.com shall not deliver to one of the family members on your behalf (in case of residential address) or shall not deliver to one of your colleagues (in case of factory or office establishment) in your absence unless the carrier service provider does on his own at the latter’s risk.

Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock?

For products that are ‘Out of Stock’, please click the ‘Notify Me’ button on our website and fill in the details and you will be notified once the product is available.
